I was looking forward to attend a book writing seminar in Eastin Hotel yesterday, with Gerry Roberts as the speaker.
It wasn't up to my expectations, why, cause my expectation is high. I am writing a memoir of myself, the joy of jubilation of being myself
If I want it to be a page turner, i would definitely offend many family members,but then again, i have to start thinking for myself. Again, I am already being blamed for my father's cancer and death, and labelled as a useless child among the three siblings. But what have I done wrong? I've been living under the shadow of my parents and it's time I start to live on my own.
I was inspired to write a book based on personal experience, and financial return isn't my main purpose. Its an expression of my suppressed anger and frustrations over the years.
I foresee the contents of the book might even get myself kicked out from the family. But hey, I to be frank, I have a mother, and sister, but i don't have a family. .
